Things you must provide if you want to be considered for a CrueFest Charter:
1- Your contact info.. Name Address Phone and E-mail
2- You must have a Venue Lined Up
3- Should have at a few bands lined up
4- Should have idea for LOCAL sponsors
5- A short paragraph about why you feel there needs to be a fest in your area.
6- A signature agreeing to report the terms listed below as what you will provide to CrueFest-inc Board of directors (*)
7- A list of people helping you. Their Names and Phone Numbers
8- All the above needs to be sent to craig@imandd.com with a subject line of CrueFest Proposal



*Things you need to report with in 3 weeks of the close of your event

1- Number of tickets pre-sold
2- Pre-sale Price
3- Number of tickets sold at the door
4- Door price
5- Raffle Tickets sold
6- Price of Raffle tickets
7- any auctions and the final bid

8- any expenses you have

Finally when you make your donations to the charity(s) we will need a copy of the cash check, mo or what ever you use to send to the charity.

This should be all sent to me and i will send to management
