A signature agreeing to report the terms listed below as what you will provide to CrueFest-inc Board of directors (*) |

All the above needs to be sent to craig@imandd.com with a subject line of CrueFest Proposal |
*Things you need to report with in 3 weeks of the close of your event
1- Number of tickets pre-sold
2- Pre-sale Price
3- Number of tickets sold at the door
4- Door price
5- Raffle Tickets sold
6- Price of Raffle tickets
7- any auctions and the final bid
8- any expenses you have
Finally when you make your donations to the charity(s) we will need a copy of the cash check, mo or what ever you use to send to the charity.
